Course Description:

Join us for a day of ripping turns with tips and feedback. We’ll make skidded turns, carved turns, small turns, big turns, faster turns, and slower turns. We’ll take a practical approach to improving your turns with lots of riding and also talk about level 2 and 3 certification standards for turns.

Learning Outcomes from this Clinic:

1. Technical Proficiency: Participants will demonstrate improved proficiency in various turning techniques, including skidded, carved, small, big, faster, and slower turns, through hands-on practice.
2. Practical Application: Participants will engage in practical exercises that reinforce the mechanics of effective turning, enabling them to incorporate these skills into their own teaching practice.
3. Self-Assessment: Participants will develop the ability to assess their own turning performance and identify specific areas for improvement, fostering a mindset of continuous learning.
4. Peer Collaboration: Participants will work collaboratively on turning techniques, building a supportive community among snowboard instructors.

These outcomes focus on enhancing participants’ technical skills, understanding of certification standards, and fostering a collaborative learning environment.
