CROSS COUNTRY – During the morning skate, we will spend time learning, and exploring, how the upper body and arms work in skate. In the afternoon, we will explore how to use the feet and legs in class, and ditch the poles.

ALPINE – Just sayin’, what else would you want to do looking at all that great corduroy? This clinic will explore the art and excitement of carving in a safe and rip-roaring fun atmosphere. Ski clean, efficient, turns, tip to tail while exploring the hill and leaving trenches all over.

ALPINE-It’s always about tact and tactics with all of our clients and as we age, well things change. This session will look at building relationships, strategies and tactics for working with the senior; such as low impact alternatives better allowing the senior to ski a wider variety of terrain with less fatigue. Isn’t that what we all want – more gain, less pain?

Snowboard and Alpine – Feeling a little Spicy? In this clinic we will explore the different terrain parks and natural features Sun Valley has to offer. Progressing from mild to whatever spice you are feeling on the day.

SNOWBOARD-In this clinic you will learn to differentiate between cause and effect by developing your eye to unveil the cause. You will better understand what the board is doing and why. Guided by a seasoned veteran of the craft, you will better understand your movements, why you make them and how to make them more efficient, all the while, having lots of fun sliding on the snow.
